HAS DESIGNED ITS OPERATIONS TO HAVE MULTIPLE REDUNDANCIES BY PLACING ALL OF ITS MISSION CRITICAL SOFTWARE AND DATA IN A CLOUD ENVIRONMENT MANAGED BY PROCIRRUS CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES, WHICH MAINTAINS SEVERAL SECURE DATA BUNKERS THAT ALLOW GUARANTEED FLORIDA TITLE, INC. 24/7/365 ACCESS TO THE CLOUD AND 24/7/365 ACCESS TO SUPPORT SERVICES.

AS SUCH, GUARANTEED FLORIDA TITLE, INC. PERSONNEL CAN ACCESS THE CLOUD AND ALL GUARANTEED FLORIDA TITLE, INC., SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS AND CUSTOMER DATA ARE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHERE THE INTERNET CAN BE ACCESSED.

WEBIT SERVICES PROVIDES OUR COMPUTER HARDWARE SUPPORT AND BACKUP IT SERVICES.

MAINTAINS OFFICES AND SATELLITE LOCATIONS TO ACCESS INFORMATION THROUGH THE INTERNET IN HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA, HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA, SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AND CHICAGO, ILLINOIS. IN ADDITION TO THESE LOCATIONS, ANY INTERNET HOTSPOT IS AVAILABLE TO MAINTAIN THE CONTINUITY OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS. WE ARE NOT SITE SPECIFIC RELIANT.

RE: DISASTER RECOVERY EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

ProCirrus Technologies maintains two objectives regarding disaster recovery; minimizing disaster risks and maintaining recovery procedures.

Minimizing Risk - Physical Security

ProCirrus hosts all cloud servers and stores client data within SunGard Availability Tier 3 data centers.

  • • ProCirrus maintains SSAE 16 SOC1 and SOC2 TYPE II audited policies.
  • • Redundant security including 24/7/365 motion, video and electronic intrusion monitoring.
  • • Secure and low-profile facilities with on-site support, security and systemic monitoring.
  • • Redundant UPS systems and 600KW Generator Power Backup to ensure constant power.
  • • Fire Suppression, Powered by an FM-200 Waterless Fire Suppression System.
  • • Redundant HVAC environmental cooling systems and internet connectivity.
  • • Production servers, storage arrays and network equipment configured for high availability failover.

Minimizing Risk - Operational Security

ProCirrus maintains strict operational policies to protect client systems and data.

  • • Restrictive Firewall management limiting access to approved transactions only.
  • • Anti-virus software protects all running processes and applications with real-time threat updates.
  • • ProCirrus requires all third parties to execute non-disclosure agreements
  • • Secure data destruction policies comply with 17 standards.
  • • Server-side configuration settings mandate user security adherence.
  • • ProCirrus associates pass federal and local background checks and execute a comprehensive confidentiality agreement acknowledging the Economic Espionage Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1831 et seq. ("EEA")
  • • Restrictive Firewall management limiting access to approved transactions only.
  • • OVAL based vulnerability scanning for internal audit and enforcement.
  • • SCAP based vulnerability management, measurement, and FDCC, FISMA, and/or DoD 8500.2/8510 policy compliance.

Disaster Recovery

ProCirrus maintains a comprehensive disaster recovery plan in preparation for the unlikely event of a major disaster.

  • • ProCirrus maintains full production backups of all VM instances and client data for the last (7) seven days and a weekly backup for the last (3) three weeks prior to the seven daily recovery points.
  • • ProCirrus maintains backup VM instances and client data at an off-site SSAE 16 data center for geographic redundancy.
  • • ProCirrus maintains a written disaster communication plan including telephone, email and mobile text message alerts.
  • • ProCirrus maintains geographically redundant locations to mitigate associate risk.
